Leslie Harris is a filmmaker known for her seminal coming of age film Just Another Girl on the I.R.T which follows the life of an intelligent, brash teenage girl who is thrown for a loop when she discovers she's pregnant. Harris is also the first Black woman director to win the Special Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival.
