Katori Hall is an award-winning playwright, television writer, and film director from Memphis, Tennessee. She is the creator and showrunner of P-Valley, a Starz drama series based on her play “Pussy Valley”, about a group of strippers in the Mississippi Delta. She is also the director of the short film Arkabutla, about a champion bull rider working to give his kids a new gift.
