Karen Marks Mafundikwa

Karen Marks Mafundikwa is a Jamaican filmmaker and the director and producer of The Price of Memory, a documentary that explores “the legacy of slavery in Jamaica by tracing the movement for slavery reparations catalyzed by Queen Elizabeth II's visit to Jamaica in 2002.” She has a BA in Journalism and Anthropology from New York University and an MSc in International Development from Tulane University School of Law.
